doctor, he has got his hands up to his face. Well today I guess he is
noticing his feet cause there he is grabbing them and pulling them up
to his face. He makes me laugh, hes definately got his big brothers
humor. Today's appointment went really well, the blood clotting disorder
is not as bad as it sounds. I just have to take "baby" aspirin and folic acid
every day for the rest of my life. He said baby looks great, and weighs in
at 14 oz and is measuring right at 21 weeks 6 days which is where he is at.
He said he has giant feet and hands (in case you couldnt tell that on your own)
We will be going back for another specialist appointment in 6 weeks, then 4 weeks
after that we will began going in every 2 weeks for non stress tests (NST's)
then at some point I believe 34 or 35 weeks we will start going in every week
for the stress tests. Our regular doctor appointment is tomorrow. At 30 weeks
(not sure) with them we start going every 2 weeks, then at 36 or 37 weeks
we will go every week.---All these crazy appointments are getting
hard to keep up with. But they all keep telling us Jacen is perfect and
is a beautiful baby (like we didnt already know). Its just such a relief to
know that this disorder is not as major as it could be. They did also check
the placenta to see if it has moved up and it has, so that is great news too
because it was right on top of my cervix, which could have caused some issues
during labor (meaning c-section) but its moved up to where it should be.
Yay for another great visit! Just keep praying that Jacen makes it to us
healthy and screaming!
